NOTD: Discreet Halloween manicure

I love Halloween!!! I love the fact once per year everyone is as obsessed with spooky and evil looking things as I am all year round. But at the same time I realize folks can't just run around with skulls and blood on their nails at this time of the year - some jobs or families or whatever just don't allow that. Therefore I decided to create a low key Halloween manicure.

Like I said I wanted a look that has a few spooky elements but set in a way you have to look twice so see all the details. Because if you don't then you might mistake it for just another dark Fall manicure. The simplest way to do that is use a dark base polish and a dark stamping polish while then layering a matt top coat over it, since matt top coats sometimes make the design more subtle.

For this manicure I used Catrice London town at sundown, the glitters are Essence Night at Vegas. The stamps are made with Essence stamp me!black and BM-S205 and BM-S203 stamping plates. Over it all I added Catrice Silk mat top coat.

See a perfect way to hide your ghoulish side! You have everything bats, ghosts and skeletons, but only if you look close enough. How fun is that? :)
